Refund policy

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

How to start a return: Email Trashy.truckers.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label - return shipping is on us.

 

Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or defective items: If your hat arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or free replacement - no restocking fee applies.

 

Exchanges: Want a different design or a replacement of the same hat? Let us know in your return email and we'll process it as an exchange instead of a refund.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
